衞生間有點小 但是在日本可以理解 離地鐵站五分鐘左右的路程 周邊很安靜 也有羅森便利店 葯粧店什麼的 還有吃的還是挺方便的

地理位置很好，在天下茶屋車站旁邊走五分鐘即可，周圍便利店很多還有麥當勞，mujiya不二家蛋糕店，天下茶屋能坐大阪地鐵和南海線，從關西機場來這裏都不需要轉車，還有泉宮超市，喜歡帶特產的也可以來這裏，我甚至還從這裏散步到天王寺！！而且很乾凈設施很齊全！性價比很高很高，希望保持下去乾淨衞生的狀態，以後會繼續光顧！

缺點：要站在浴缸內洗澡倒不是問題，但浴缸很窄，要洗個澡真的是很困難😓，身體都貼著浴簾感覺很不舒服，也因為浴室很小不管是洗手台，還是馬桶🚽都很迷你，整個很不方便。住過很多東京市區在小都住過，但第一次遇到浴室那麼不方便的，別家小但至少洗澡不會身體碰到簾子。再來就是門鎖還是很古早的鑰匙鎖，很沒有安全感。必須要注意的是，手把是要向上扳才是開，跟一般向下是開是相反。
優點：地理位置超級好，價錢也便宜。要省錢又要交通方便可以選擇這裏，附近有就有商場跟業務超市，三間便利商店🏪，跟居酒屋拉麵店便當店。連大國藥妝都有，整個方便。最最最重要是機場直達班車一堆，不用轉程。位於天下茶屋車站也有手扶梯跟電梯不用擔心行李。

全程自助，房間偏小但是安靜乾淨，周邊配套齊全，離地鐵站不算遠，樓下有自助機抽煙區 711，不足就是鑰匙開門，性價比很高！

由關西機場搭南海電鐵指定席的話，可以直達天下茶屋站，非常方便！而酒店與車站的距離只需3-5分鐘，搭去心齋橋都只不過是15分鐘內，地點是此酒店的一大優點。
需要留意的是這酒店是自助形式的，我一共留了5晚，需要住滿4晚以上的住戶才會有第三天的打掃機會，打掃人員還會補充足夠的住宿用品給你，這很貼心，而沒打掃的日子，就需要自行到大堂處拿衛生用品和毛巾，不過可以是中央洗衣機一次過處理毛巾等的清洗，偶然都發現部份毛巾看起來雖然乾淨，但會有別人頭髮的殘留，這點不太理想，但整理是乾淨整潔。
然後因為是全自助酒店，由入住拿鎖匙﹑衛生物品補充﹑退房等全部都是自己完成，全程沒職員出現，不過聯絡他們都很快回覆，態度都很有禮貌👍🏻
