衞生間很差，浴缸上的淋浴噴頭漏水導致水壓很小，洗澡很不舒服。 牆上固定着的噴頭噴水角度又很奇怪，被浴缸邊當著，根本沒法用。
漏水問題和前台反映了，前台答應的好好的會修，但是也沒有修。

Плюсы: номер был готов раньше, заселили в 11 вместо 15 часов без дополнительной оплаты хорошее расположение 10 минут до жд вокзала, удобно, если передвигаться по стране на поездах, рядом метро. В номере хорошие халаты и тапочки.
Минусы: проживали вдвоём, положили одно полотенце, но при следущей уборке номера положили полный комплект белья.
Не предоставляют утюг, нет гладильной комнаты, только платный сервис глажки белья. Вода в номере платная. Завтрак нормальный, но 2 дня подряд ассортимент не менялся.

All in all, my stay was okay. However, the hotel shows its age and could use some renovations. The service left much to be desired—I ordered two coffees that never arrived, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location isn’t ideal if you're hoping to be in the heart of Milan.

Lovely Art Deco hotel a short walk from the central station. Staff very helpful. Sadly bar was shut during our stay, staff said it was closed at weekends which seemed a bit bizarre. Good choice of breakfast items but served in a small area with only one coffee machine so the area was quite congested. Having said all that, would stay here again as close to a number of metro stations. Can recommend also The Kitchen restaurant 10 mins walk away for dinner.
